Important notices

Pre-registration closes November 20th 2017

  1. Registration does not include hotel booking. Participants are invited to contact HOPE HOTEL (…) ANTING Hotel, some rooms are pre-booked. Nota Bene : First come, first serve !
  2. Your registration will be effective ONLY AFTER you receive confirmation e-mail from the organizers. Participants are invited to print the confirmation email to access AUR@SIA 2017 and get participant badge the day of the event
  3. Regarding visa issues, advice if an invitation letter is needed when registering
  4. Please advice if you cancel (or you intend to) your participation after you have registred

Electronic pre-registration is now closed. Due to space constraints, AUR@SIA 2017 event cannot accommodate further participants. Please contact the organizers for any inquiry.
